スポーツシェイカー、外出先で手軽にプロテインを混ぜる便利な方法

The flip-top lid snaps shut tight enough that I can toss this in my gym bag without worrying about leaks, and the whole thing fits in a car cup holder. I've been using it every morning for my post-workout shake and it mixes up smooth enough for a quick drink before heading to the office.

The mixing mechanism works fine for basic shakes, but I wish the lid seal was a bit tighter to prevent leaks in my gym bag. It gets the job done for a quick post-workout drink, though.
